Warm energy. Real chemistry. Actual plans.

I build rockets.
I’d rather make a date feel special.

If I like someone, I do not disappear into endless texting. I make a plan, show up properly, and try to make the whole thing feel easy, thoughtful, and a little exciting.

Equal parts serious projects and soft spots.

The short version

I like ambitious projects, affectionate energy, and people who say what they mean.

Most of my best decisions start with curiosity and end with a story worth retelling. Usually that means building something ambitious, finding somewhere beautiful, or turning a simple date into something that feels intentional.

Climbing a sunny rock face with a rope and helmet

Climbing

I like challenges that require focus, not noise.

Climbing keeps me honest. You either commit to the move or you don’t. It is one of the best ways I know to clear my head, stay sharp, and spend a day well.

Wearing clear safety glasses in a workshop

Rocketry

I build rockets. Actual ones.

This is the part that usually gets people’s attention, and fair enough. I like projects with real stakes: design work, workshop time, testing, iteration, and the payoff of seeing a difficult thing work.

Exploring a narrow cave with friends and wearing a head torch

Getting outside

If there is a better story on the difficult route, I’ll take it.

I don’t need every weekend to look the same. A trail, a crag, a road trip, a cave, a place we have not tried yet; all of that beats repeating the safest option forever.

Important priorities

I take people seriously and dogs immediately.

I am loyal, attentive, and much better one to one than in a room full of people performing a personality. I make time for the people I care about, and I tend to notice the small details that make someone feel seen.

I’ll make the plan

A first date should feel light, specific, and worth getting ready for.

No performance. No ten business days of messaging. Just a good plan, a bit of charm, and enough space to see if the chemistry is real.

  1. 01

Coffee and a walk somewhere good

Low pressure, easy conversation, and enough movement that it feels natural instead of like an interview.

  2. 02

A new place with one strong drink each

Better if the place has character, warm lighting, and something to laugh about by the end.

  3. 03

    Climb, then food

Beginner-friendly if that is your speed, no ego, then we earn dinner properly.

  4. 04

    A small adventure

A drive, a view, a hidden spot, or a plan that turns into a better one halfway through.

What I’m looking for

This works best if you like tenderness with substance.

You are

  • Direct, warm, and not addicted to mixed signals
  • Smart enough to be interesting and grounded enough to be easy to be around
  • Open to new plans, new places, and the occasional slightly ridiculous idea
  • Attracted to confidence when it is gentle, real, and backed by substance

I bring

  • A clear plan instead of half-effort texting
  • Attention, consistency, and follow-through
  • A life I actually enjoy and want to share
  • Plenty to talk about, including rockets if you ask the right question
Wearing a playful red costume hat and posing seriously for the camera

Also relevant

I know when to be serious and when to make the moment sweeter.

I am ambitious in the parts of life that matter and playful in the parts that should stay light. Romance should feel a little fun, a little safe, and very real.

Your move

If you are interested, let’s make this easy on both of us.

Message me on Instagram. Say hi, pick a plan, or tell me what kind of date would make you genuinely look forward to leaving the house.

Say hello on InstagramA direct message is still the most romantically efficient option.
